Five new restaurants will open at the Eleven25, the former Pabst Bottling House, on Monday.

The 8,000-square-foot food court at 1125 North 9th St. will include:

The food court, which is called, The Restaurants at Eleven25, will serve The Brewery and the surrounding area including the Milwaukee County Courthouse, Aurora Sinai Medical Center, Milwaukee Area Technical College, and residents living in and near downtown Milwaukee.

All of the restaurants will offer sit-down and carry out options.

Michael Kelly, executive vice president of Blue Ribbon Management LLC, developer and owner of Eleven25 at Pabst, said putting together the food court was a significant undertaking that became the focus after opening the $40 million, 400-bed student residence in September.

“We quickly turned our attention to creating this spectacular food court and finding the mix of existing restaurant operators and award-winning food truck operators to move into space that includes kitchens that are custom designed and equipped to meet each individual owners’ needs,” Kelly said. “The Restaurants at Eleven25 is a great addition to the neighborhood and the pre-grand opening response has been phenomenal.”
