- Scott D. Sandor has been promoted to vice president of Marshall & Ilsley Trust Company N.A. He serves as manager of trust operations business analysts and has been with M&I since 1998.
- John Langenohl has been named vice president of M&I Equipment Finance. Langenohl has been with M&I since 1986.
- Julie Foley Griffin has also been promoted to vice president of M&I Equipment. She has been with M&I since 1985.
- Christine Rickaby has been promoted to vice president of M&I Wealth Management. Rickaby has been with M&I since 1997.
