The DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse store at 2265 Mayfair Road in Wauwatosa will close, and will replace it with a new DSW store that will open in an 18,072-square-foot space in the Mayfair Collection development northeast of U.S. Highway 45 and Burleigh Road, also in Wauwatosa.
The store will open this fall, two doors north of the Old Navy store at Mayfair Collection, which opened this spring.
“We are very excited to have DSW as part of The Mayfair Collection,” said Tim Blum, executive vice president of retail development for Chicago-based HSA Commercial Real Estate, which is the developer for Mayfair Collection. “We believe that DSW has the exact type of branding, merchandising, and service that will complement the line-up of stores that are now open.”
