Deal of the Week: Reynolds Machine Company leases 100,000 square feet in New Berlin

Muskego-based Reynolds Machine Company recently leased 100,520 square feet of industrial space at 17005 W. Ryerson Road, New Berlin, from Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust.

The space will be used for storage, said Reynolds Machine Company president Red Reynolds.

The company manufactures automotive parts.

“Business is very good and we’re grateful,” Reynolds said. “We just need some more space.”

Reynolds Machine Company’s headquarters will remain at S66 W17626 Martin Dr in Muskego, Reynolds said.

The lease in New Berlin was brokered by Ryan Kopp and Steve Sewart of Inland Companies, who represented First Industrial, and Karl Wiedenman of CBRE, who represented Reynolds Machine Company.

The building in New Berlin was previously occupied by Welsh Bindery Inc., which moved out several years ago, and was most recently occupied by Schoeneck Containers Inc., which used the building for storage until about six months ago.
