Pennsylvania company moving Milwaukee operations to Menomonee Falls
M&M Quality Solutions Inc. leased 85,000 square feet of space in a 100,000-square-foot industrial at N90 W14700 Commerce Dr., Menomonee Falls, from a group of investors called SBM of Wisconsin LLC.
Kurt Van Dyke and Kevin Barry of Cassidy Turley Barry represented the building owners and Brian Parrish of The Dickman Company represented M&M Quality Solutions in brokering the lease.
York, Penn.-based M&M will move its operations to the Menomonee Falls building from 11020 W. Heather Ave. on Milwaukee’s far northwest side. M&M is a third party containment (sort, rework, and inspection) organization that offers services within manufacturing.
