Cybrose to move from Waukesha to Menomonee Valley

Organizations:

Cybros The Sprouted Bakehouse plans to move from a 7,000-square-foot facility in Waukesha to a 20,000-square-foot, $1.5 million facility that will be built in the Menomonee Valley in Milwaukee.

The company’s new bakery will be built on a 1.9-acre site southeast of Selig Drive and Wheelhouse Road in the Menomonee Valley Industrial Center, which is located just east of the Miller Park parking lots. The Cybros site will have room for future expansion of the bakery to 40,000 square feet.
The new building will increase the size of Cybros’ baking production space by 400 percent and will increase its overall capacity by 800 percent. The company will have 25 employees at the facility and says it could eventually have 100 working there.
Cybros plans to purchase the site from the city of Milwaukee. The company is also seeking a low interest loan from the Milwaukee Economic Development Corp. (MEDC) as part of the financing package for the development.
