Wright has more than 20 years of experience in strategy development, leadership and enterprise software, six of which he spent growing business in Europe. He previously served as managing director of EMEA at Workfront and earlier, vice president of sales, EMEA for inContact.

Joe Olson has been named senior vice president of customer excellence. He will be responsible for driving the company’s customer experience strategy for implementation, support and professional services. Olson has more than 20 years of software industry experience, most recently as executive vice president and general manager for enterprise workforce management at Empower Software Solutions.
