Erkmanis Family Corp. has purchased 16,890 square feet of office/industrial space at 11217 W. Forest Home Ave., Franklin, from Briscoe Ventures, Chris Briscoe.
Germantown Plaza has purchased 48,638 square feet of retail space at N96 W18782 County Line Rd., Germantown, from Continental Properties, Terry Aceto.
Leisure Investments 900 has purchased Paradise Plaza, a 45,000-square-foot shopping center at 900 Gateway Ct., West Bend. Leisure Investments 900 purchased the shopping center from Paradise Plaza LLC for $4.9 million.

James T. Barry Co.
A&K Properties has purchased the 7,000-square-foot industrial building at 12770 W. Custer Ave., Milwaukee. A&K Properties intends to expand into the facility as a second location in the area.
Bruce Investments has purchased the 17,036-square-foot industrial facility at W136 N5239 Campbell Dr., Menomonee Falls, from Stetter Family Trust. Bruce Investments intends to relocate into the facility and plans on expanding the building for the business.

The Dickman Co.
Blue Bike has purchased 7,200 square feet of industrial space at 925 E. Abert Pl., Milwaukee, from Knoerr & Fischer for $160,000.

Grubb & Ellis/Boerke Co.
Metalcut Products has purchased 3,348 square feet of retail space at 1010 Marquette Ave., Milwaukee, from the Burger King Corp.,
for $230,000.

MLG Commercial
Roadster LLC purchased a 250,000-square-foot building at 1031 Maryland Ave., Sheboygan, from Paul Flagg Leather Co. Roadster plans to occupy a portion of the facility and lease out the remaining space. The building was sold for $350,000.
Watertown Plank Development purchased a 5,500-square-foot multi-tenant building located at 13300 W. Watertown Plank Rd., Elm Grove, from Francis B. Ristow Revocable Trust. The company plans to renovate the building and lease space to specialty shops. The building was listed for $695,000.

The Polacheck Co.
Mui & Liu LLC has purchased 0.59 acres at 8929 W. Becher St., West Allis, from 513 Grand, LLP.

Neena Florsheim, Ph.D., has leased 843 square feet of office space at 933 N. Mayfair Rd., Wauwatosa, from 933 Mayfair Road LP.

James T. Barry Co.
WRT Specialties has leased 2,700 square feet of office space at 2000 Pewaukee Rd., Waukesha, from MIE Properties. WRT Specialties intends to expand its offices. The landlord intends to continue to lease the remaining space in the building.

Actra Rehabilitation Associates has leased 2,000 square feet of office space located at 2727 W. Cleveland Ave., Milwaukee, from Park West Properties.

The Polacheck Co.
Cordstrap USA has leased 24,560 square feet of space at 1101 S. Sylvania Rd., Yorkville, from Sierra Properties.
Washington Mutual Bank has leased 4,504 square feet of space in The Shoppes at Brookfield Commons, 15375 Bluemound Rd., Brookfield, from Integrity Development Partners at Brookfield Commons.
Borgelt, Powell, Peterson & Fraven has leased 18,668 square feet of space at 735 N. Water St., Milwaukee, from Compass Properties, North Water Street.
Consolidated Vision Group, also known as America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, has leased 3,000 square feet of space at 17300 W. Bluemound Rd., Brookfield, from Long Associates.
Ralph Van Atta and Thomas Bleringer have leased 1,500
square feet of space at 3550 S. Moorland Rd., New Berlin, from New Berlin Associates.
Grand Appliance Co. has leased 5,952 square feet of space at 17800 W. Bluemound Rd., Brookfield, from Brookmound Plaza.

The City Market has agreed to a long-term extension of its current lease at 2205 E. Capitol Dr., Shorewood, from Capitol & Maryland LLC.
