What has fueled your company’s growth?
“Significant and frequent capital investments to acquire additional rentable inventory, and the continued expansion of our staff with great people that utilize their existing relationships to expand the Clearwing network.”
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?
“In the last three consecutive years we’ve experienced record growth – each year surpassing the previous. It has been challenging to maintain this pace of growth while expanding our resource pool at the same rate. Turning down work is a good problem to have, but it never feels good to pass on opportunities.”
Do you plan to make any changes to your company?
“We plan to add staff in key support roles to help ensure our company is able to maintain the level of service our customers have come to rely upon from us.”
Who are the business people you admire?
Our local advisory council: Dwayne Johnson, David Anderson and Larry Burnett. Each of these men personifies the ideals that best complement our company mission. They’re excellent advisors that are trustworthy, transparent, candid and ethical. We can always count on them to give us honest input that has been instrumental in driving our company forward over the last decade. Although they are external advisors, they are always engaged as if they have a personal stake in our business.”
What is the outlook for your industry?
“Strong. Corporate events and touring work are stronger than ever, and our industry continually presents opportunities in these market segments.”
What is your company’s most important growth strategy?
“Employee retention. Our company is best represented by the positive attitudes of our employees. Keeping talented and personable staff that our customers enjoy and trust ensures the success of their events.”
