Our investment in our people and in new equipment has provided the capacity and capability to meet their requirements.”
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?
“We have been focused on meeting our existing customers’ needs and on managing our investments in new equipment. To continue to grow, we need to build new relationships and new business more aggressively. We have excellent untapped opportunity with our existing customers and with potential new customers.”
Do you plan to make any changes to your company?
 
“We are continuing to empower our manufacturing teams to create and improve our manufacturing processes. We will redeploy management to focus on building revenue.”
Who are the business people you admire? 
“We’re fortunate to work with excellent business people at our customers and our suppliers that appreciate the virtue of hard work and meeting commitments. Those that can fulfill those goals and have a good time doing it seem to be the most successful and enjoyable to work with.Our recent experience with Scale Up Milwaukee introduced us to numerous individuals aggressively seeking to grow their business. Exposure to this group and the Scale Up Milwaukee team has helped us to reinvigorate our sales efforts.”
What is the outlook for your industry?
“We’re excited about the changes we have made and the new opportunities we are creating. We will continue to invest in new machinery to help us improve our effectiveness and expand our capabilities.”
What is your company’s most important growth strategy?
“We need to grow with new customers, while still maintaining a high level of attention to our existing customers. Maintaining that balance is key to our success.”
