“We saw a great opportunity to be able to provide even better services for our financial institution, mortgage and real estate clients," Druck said. "IRR-Residential has a proven software system and a national sales and marketing presence that will help us to serve the needs not only of our local clients, but also of regional and national clients. The Milwaukee-based company will be able to expand its residential appraisal services in 10 counties: south to Kenosha; north to Sheboygan and west to include Dane County. In order to reduce costs and protect themselves against fraud, lenders are seeking a single company that can service their needs in multiple markets.”
