What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of? My fitness routine includes 40 push-ups, 35 sit-ups and 10 minutes of stretching.

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life? Being fit has allowed me to feel better and be more positive. I also have fewer colds and miss work less due to illness.

How does personal fitness affect your work life? Personal fitness helps me start alert, focused and be more productive.

What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative? Just do it.
