Milwaukee-based RyTech, LLC, a digital marketing agency, has acquired Portland, Oregon-based Optimotive Web Services LLC. Optimotive is a growth marketing agency with a remote workforce. Terms of the deal, which closed June 1, were not disclosed. Optimotive will operate as a division of RyTech.
