Milwaukee-based biotech startup Geno.Me has hired its first chief technical officer with the addition of Shawn Belling. Belling, who announced his appointment to the position Wednesday on LinkedIn, has most recently served as the chief information officer at Madison Area Technical College. He is also a senior advisor of Madison-based Farwell, a consulting and advisory
