Retail building planned in Kenosha
Wilmette, Ill.-based Terraco Inc. plans to build a 10,498-square-foot multi-tenant retail building in the Kenosha Pointe development northeast of Green Bay Road and Washington Road in Kenosha. The building will be located just north of a CVS Pharmacy store.
Potawatomi to build larger parking structure for hotel, casino
The Forest County Potawatomi Community plans to build a larger parking structure to accommodate the new 18-story, 381-room hotel it is building at Potawatomi Bingo Casino in the Menomonee Valley in Milwaukee. The hotel is expected to open late summer or early fall of 2014.
