Zilber pays $9.7M for Harley warehouse
TI Investors of Franklin LLC, an affiliate of Milwaukee-based real estate firm Zilber Ltd., recently purchased the 246,000-square-foot former Harley-Davidson warehouse at 1000 S. Franklin Dr. in Franklin for $9.7 million, according to state records. The property was sold by Harley affiliate H-D Franklin LLC.
Great Lakes Packaging HQ sold for $8 million
Fitchburg-based Sara Investment Real Estate announced today that it has purchased the headquarters of Great Lakes Packaging Corp. in Germantown. The sale price was $8.05 million, according to state records.

Meijer buys site for Drexel Town Square store for $7 million
Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Meijer Inc. recently purchased the 17.5 acre site in the Drexel Town Square development in Oak Creek where it plans to build a 192,940-square-foot store. Meijer bought the site for $7 million from One West Drexel LLC, an affiliate of Wispark LLC. Proceeds of the land sale will be shared with the city of Oak Creek.
Elkhorn Aurora clinic under construction sold for $8.9 million
An affiliate of Chicago-based real estate investment management firm Harrison Street recently purchased a 30,000-square-foot medical office building that is under construction at 201 E. Morrissy Dr. in Elkhorn for Aurora Health Care, according to state records.
Walmart buys former Brown Deer Lowe’s store for $4 million
Bentonville, Ark.-based Walmart recently purchased the former Lowe’s store property at 6300 W. Brown Deer Road in Brown Deer for $4 million, according to state records. The property was sold by Wilkesboro, N.C.-based Lowe’s Home Center Inc.
