Region’s office market shows improvement
The southeastern Wisconsin office real estate market absorbed 510,657 square feet of space in 2014, including 85,898 square feet in the fourth quarter, according to the latest quarterly report from Xceligent and the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin.
Metro Milwaukee home sales up 6.6% in December
Home sales in the four county metro Milwaukee area were up 6.6 percent, compared to December of 2013, to 1,252 homes sold, according to the latest report from the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors.

HSA plans spec industrial building at former Waukesha bowling alley site
Chicago-based HSA Commercial Real Estate plans to build a 175,000-square-foot multi-tenant industrial building on an 8.4-acre site at 901 Northview Road in Waukesha. The site was formerly occupied by AMF Waukesha Lanes, which closed last year.
