Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison & Company is spending $1.5 million on a parking lot reconfiguration project for Sendik’s Towne Center, a 189,000-square-foot lifestyle center located southwest of Capitol Drive and Brookfield Road in Brookfield.

An investors group including Milwaukee real estate investor and developer Mike Olson, Milwaukee-based Edgewater Real Estate LLC and other investors, recently closed on a purchase of the two-building City Hall Square Apartments complex in downtown Milwaukee.

National home prices surge again
