Brookfield-based engineering firm R.A. Smith National said that it is providing complete site design services to Cabela’s for a new store in Ashwaubenon. The approximately 100,000-square-foot store will be located at U.S. Highway 41 and Lombardi Avenue near Lambeau Field. The store will be located in the Titletown Development area being developed in conjunction with the Green Bay Packers.

County Board approves Park East Square

The Milwaukee County Board voted last week to approve a revised development agreement for the Park East Square project, a 181-unit apartment development planned in the Park East Corridor. Supervisors John Weishan Jr. and Willie Johnson Jr. cast the only “no” votes.

Bradley Corp. completes new plant in Germantown

Menomonee Falls-based Bradley Corp. recently held a ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremony at its new, 190,000-square-foot plant at N106 W13500 Bradley Way in Germantown. The facility, which may be expanded to 300,000 square feet in the future, will be the primary manufacturing location for a variety of commercial washroom products.

Another apartment building planned near downtown

Dominion LLC plans to build a five-story, 20-unit apartment building on a vacant lot at 1509 N. Jackson St., just north of downtown Milwaukee. The proposed building is designed by Joel Agacki, co-founder of Striegel-Agacki Studio.
