Joseph Santoro, who owns a landscaping and snowplowing business, plans to build a $650,000, 8,185-square-foot office and warehouse building on a vacant 37,287-square-foot lot in the Menomonee Valley.

New development that is either planned or already under construction will create 2,050 new jobs in Milwaukee's Menomonee River Valley, according to Menomonee Valley Partners Inc., a non-profit corporation that promotes redevelopment of valley.
