Roadrunner to acquire Michigan expedited freight company

Cudahy-based Roadrunner Transportation Systems Inc. has agreed to acquire Belleville, Mich.-based Active Aero Group, a supply-chain solutions provider specializing in sensitive or time-critical freight, for $115 million.
