Rockwell revenue up 7 percent
Milwaukee-based Rockwell Automation today reported fiscal first quarter net income of $198.1 million, or $1.41 per share, up from $161.4 million, or $1.14 per share, in the first quarter of 2013.
Core sales drive Rexnord earnings jump
Milwaukee-based Rexnord Corp. reported fiscal third quarter net income of $28.6 million, or 29 cents per share, up sharply from $9.2 million, or 12 cents per share, in the third quarter of 2013.
Twin Disc down on decreased demand
Racine-based Twin Disc Inc. today reported fiscal second quarter net earnings of $518,000, or 5 cents per share, down from $3.3 million, or 29 cents per share, in the second quarter of 2013.
A.O. Smith revenue up 11 percent
Milwaukee-based A.O. Smith Corp. today reported fourth quarter net earnings of $42.4 million, or 46 cents per share, up from $39.3 million, or 46 cents per share, in the fourth quarter of 2012.
