The Sheldon B. Lubar School of Business at UW-Milwaukee will present “An Insider’s View of the Madoff Scandal” as part of its business ethics speaker series on Tuesday, Sept. 29 from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Pfister Hotel, 424 E. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee. The keynote speaker will be Frank Casey, president of Fortune-USA, a London-based alternative investment firm.
