*Thursday, Feb. 14, Target Free First Thursday will grant free admission to visitors at the Milwaukee Art Museum, 700 N. Art Museum Dr. in Milwaukee. Admission is free from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. during the first Thursday of each month, courtesy of Target. Admission is free today due to the museum closing last Thursday on account of the snowstorm. *Friday, Feb. 15, the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce will feature an update on “The Reconstruction of the Zoo Interchange.” The information session will be held at the MMAC’s headquarters, 756 N. Milwaukee St., Ste. 400 in downtown Milwaukee, from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. State Transportation Secretary Mark Gottleib will discuss the latest developments of the multi-year project, which will have long-term implications for moving goods and people around metropolitan Milwaukee. *Friday, Feb. 15, and Saturday, Feb. 16, the Milwaukee Public Museum will host a special “Romancing the Stars” show to celebrate Valentine’s Day. The show will be held in the Daniel M. Soref Planetarium at the museum, 800 W. Wells St. in Milwaukee, and will feature a tour of the universe and constellations. The show will cater to adult couples only. No children are allowed. Show times include 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 15, and 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 16. Tickets cost $10. For more information or to order tickets, visit www.mpm.edu.

*Monday, Feb. 18, the Wisconsin Women’s Business Initiative Corporation will hold an information session on “Exploring Entrepreneurship.” The session will touch on ways to generate an idea for a business, how to administer market research and how to evaluate if a business idea will be financially sound. *Thursday, Feb. 21, Newaukee will host a social event at Polaris at the Hyatt from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Newaukee happy hour socials, geared toward Milwaukee’s young professionals, take place every other week and proceeds from each social benefit an area nonprofit organization. The social at the Polaris will include live music, a photo contest, a cash bar and complimentary appetizers. Tickets cost $10. The Polaris at the Hyatt is located at 333 W.
