What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of? For my workouts I do P90X six days a week, cycle five times per week, weight train three times per week and walk daily at work.
What fitness clubs do you belong to, if any? Adventure Rock
Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life? I believe the enhanced energy and increased self-esteem has translated into me being a better husband, father and community leader.
How does personal fitness affect your work life? Our wellness program has mitigated a lot of the daily stress I was allowing into my life. Being personally fit has allowed me to become an even better chief executive officer.
How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization? Wellness is spreading throughout the company, improving everyones lives and work performance, which in turn improves the financial status of our company.
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative? Just get started. One of the few times in life that just the act of participating does make you a winner.
