What has fueled your company’s growth?
“We have focused on two things: Internet Marketing: Because of our RocketClicks.com ad agency, we are experts at online search marketing. Secondly, we’ve focused on culture building. We work very hard on building a high-performance culture that aligns well and focuses on common goals.”
What has been the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?
“Not having enough talent. We have more work and opportunity than we can capitalize on. We are starved for talented people that share our cultural values.”
Do you have any planned changes for your company in the coming months?
“We are working on our rebrand from www.ConsultSales.com to www.BizLab.com. “We hope to do another acquisition of an internet business before the end of the first quarter in 2011, and we plan to hire another 40 people before the end of the year.”
Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? What traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them?
“John Maxwell has taught us so much about leadership and about adding value to others. Bobby Martin, former CEO of Wal-Mart International. He understands servant leadership. Steve Jobs, we admire his focus.”

“Excellent. Online marketing is growing exponentially.”
