Best Lawyers has named Robert Habush, of Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. in Milwaukee, 2014 “Lawyer of the Year” for personal injury litigation – plaintiffs – in the Milwaukee area. Best Lawyers is a peer-review publication in the legal industry and salutes one lawyer in each practice area and designated region as “Lawyer of the Year.”
The award highlights the respect winners have earned in the legal community for their legal skills, professionalism and integrity. Habush was also noted in the 2014 Best Lawyers in America for medical malpractice law – plaintiffs and product liability litigation – plaintiffs.
DCI-Artform
Milwaukee-based DCI-Artform was recently honored with a gold award from Point of Purchase Advertising International, an international trade association catering to the in-store marketing industry. The award recognizes DCI-Artform for its L’Oreal Paris Sparkle display, a display system that merchandises loose or non-packaged cosmetic products. The display’s presentation is designed to compel women to buy color products for their skin tones and needs. The system is also designed to adapt to the needs and products of markets in different countries. More than 20,000 L’Oreal Sparkle display units will pop up in 25 countries over the next six years. The gold award from POPAI falls into the “Beauty and Make-up Tester” category for hyper and supermarket formats. More than 350 entries were submitted in 42 award categories. DCI-Artform and its display were recognized during the POPAI Awards Paris gala in June.
Wil-Kil Pest Control
Wil-Kil Pest Control Co., a Sun Prairie-based company that is an operating division of Menomonee Falls-based Copesan Services Inc., has been named one of Pest Control Technology’s Top 100 pest management firms in the U.S. Pest Control Technology is a publication and resource devoted to covering news, analyses and product information for professionals in the pest management industry. The publication compiles an annual list of the largest 100 companies based on year-end revenues and holds biennial celebrations to salute highlighted companies. Wil-Kil has been ranked on the list of 100 largest companies every year since the list was first compiled in 2002. On the most recent list, Wil-Kil was among the top 50 largest companies based on 2013 revenues, ranking 38th in the country. The company was recognized at the third biennial Top 100 Awards Ceremony and Executive Summit in San Antonio, Texas, in June.
