What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of? My fitness regism rotates between a 30 minute and 4 hour bike ride depending on the month, week, day, etc.

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life? In addition to the obvious health benefits improved fitness has improved my mental outlook and attitude. The relationships Iíve made through fitness activities has had a direct impact in my quality of life.

How does personal fitness affect your work life? Fitness has affected my work life by improving my decision making and attitude.

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization? Fitness provides mental clarity and improves the decision making skills necessary for business management.

What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative? Find your passion and build a support group. The combination of these two pieces is critical in creating a long term, sustainable fitness program.
