Phoenix Hospitality will hold a job fair with open interviews from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 16 at the Radisson Hotel – Mayfair, 2303 N. Mayfair Road. The group is hiring for servers, bartenders, hosts, cooks, prep cooks, bussers and dishwashers.

Bartolotta’s will be opening three restaurants – a pub tavern called ABV Social, a Frech café called Café Grace and a tacqueria called El Jefe —  at The Mayfair Collection this summer. BizTimes media partner OnMilwaukee detailed the stories behind the name choices in an article last week.

The restaurants will ultimately be part of nine dining options at the development located near Highway 45 and Burleigh Street. Hospitality Democracy announced plans last week to open additional versions of its Barbecue restaurant Smoke Shack, burger bar AJ Bombers and Holey Moley Coffee + Doughnuts.

Bartolotta has already opened a freestanding restaurant, Osgoods, at the Mayfair Collection, and Cornery Bakery and Pizza Man restaurants were part of the first phase of the development.
