An Aurora Health Care clinic will occupy about 15,000 square feet of space in a 24,178-square-foot medical clinic building that Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. is building northeast of Moorland Road and Janesville Road in Muskego.
The remaining 9,000 square feet of space in the building will be reserved for future expansion of the Aurora clinic, said Nelson Williams, chief executive officer of Briohn.
Aurora already has a clinic in Muskego, the Lakeshore Medical Clinic at S74 W16775 Janesville Road.
The existing Muskego clinic will remain open even after the new clinic opens, which is expected to happen in the middle of 2012, said Aurora spokesman Adam Beeston. All of the doctors and employees at the existing Muskego clinic will remain there, he said.
