Recumbent bike, rowing machine, free weights and 1 carmel malt daily.

Lots of chicks are all over me.

I come in to work later because I work out every morning.

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?

People who are fit are more productive and frankly, have better attitudes. I think the better attitudes are not a result of fitness, but a manifestation of the fact that one is healthy. Healthy people have better attitudes, and are generally more inclined to be fit.

What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?

Talk to someone else, not me.
