Continued expansion within our current client base and development of new business opportunities

The biggest obstacle now is economic uncertainty and inability to plan for the future, even in the short term. Interest rates, healthcare and mandated benefits, new regulations and uncertain tax rates all affect planning and seem to be a moving target.

Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?

An expansion of sales and marketing, both domestically and globally. Emphasis on new business development, website enhancement and strategic alliances

Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them?

I admire entrepreneurs and business people that are willing to take risks and create whole new industries, such as Mark Zuckerberg with Facebook. Creativity will keep us competitive and relevant.

Moderate growth, more regulation

Reducing expenses, more effective sales and marketing initiatives, becoming closer to our customer, lean initiatives in manufacturing.
