Allen Edmonds celebrates 90th anniversary with sale

Learn more about:

Port Washington-based Allen Edmonds Shoe Corp. today announced the start of its annual Rediscover America national sale, the company’s largest sale of the year.

In partnership with more than 400 authorized dealers across America, Allen Edmonds is offering their best prices of the year on 13 featured shoes – in honor of the 13 original colonies.
This year marks the company’s celebration of 90 years as an American-made shoe manufacturer. While most companies have off-shored their entire production, Allen Edmonds has stayed committed to Wisconsin, creating more than 200 jobs in the United States. The company recently opened its 40th U.S. retail location in Atlanta, Ga.
“This event is about two things,” said Paul Grangaard, president and chief executive officer at Allen Edmonds. “Thanking our loyal customers and friends for driving our recent business success, and celebrating 90 years of Made in USA quality and craftsmanship. We have a lot to be thankful for.”
The 13 styles will be offered at 20 to 30 percent off and will include classic best-sellers, new styles, boots, lace-ups, slip-ons, leather soles and rubber soled styles. In addition, all Allen Edmonds branded shoes, belts, cedar products and accessories will be 14.92 percent off in honor of Columbus Day.
The Rediscover America sale prices will be offered in company owned retail stores, through participating Allen Edmonds dealers and at http://www.allenedmonds.com/. The Rediscover America promotion starts Sept. 24 and runs until the day after Columbus Day, Oct. 8.
