The 5-story, 112,800-square-foot building was constructed in 1935 according to city records.

“From the upper floor of this building there are some fabulous views of the Menomonee Valley, Clark Square and even lake views that are breathtaking,” Sherman Associates said in its city filing.

The development plans also include exterior surface parking and indoor parking on the lower level of the building.
