Founded in 1945, EFCO Finishing Corp. is the longest-running metal finishing shop in southeastern Wisconsin. EFCO prides itself on quick turn-around and an ability to process orders quickly, efficiently and at a price its customers can afford.

With over 50 machines on site, EFCO can complete most metal finishing outsourcing needs including: vibratory finishing, ball burnishing, glass bead blasting, degreasing and paint removal.

“We don’t want to give our customers any reason to call someone else,” said Terry Schultz, president of EFCO.

According to Schultz, the company is only as good as the service it provides to customers.

The company recently rebranded and refocused its mission. EFCO’s experience in the metal finishing industry allows the company to remain competitive while maintaining affordability, Schultz said.

According to Schultz, EFCO’s newly designed logo will help emphasize the speed and constant flow of production while the bright red lettering demonstrates EFCO’s ability to stand out above the rest of the finishing industry, he said.

Along with the logo, a new mission statement, “committed to the finish” represents EFCO’s commitment toward getting an order finalized in the fastest, most efficient way possible. EFCO employees strive to do whatever it takes to finish an order the same day and get the product to their customers as soon as possible, Schultz said.

Demanding customer service needs contribute to EFCO’s reputation as a great company to do businesss with, Schultz said. Customers may call saying they needed a part finished a week ago and EFCO will work to get it done, no matter the project.

EFCO even provides free sampling services to their customers to ensure the customer will be satisfied with the final product.

Schultz believes in treating people like a brand new customer every day. Maintaining old customer relationships while expanding their services to new clients is what EFCO thrives off of, he said.

The relationships EFCO builds with customers are built to last and show EFCO’s commitment to service. One of EFCO’s first customers remains a customer to this day.

EFCO vice president Mike Budgins, echoed Schultz’s comments, “Our goal is to be a partner in our customers’ success.”
