Xymox acquires Milwaukee industrial building

Xymox Technologies Inc. recently purchased the 63,000-square-foot building that it occupies at 9099 W. Dean Road in the Bradley Woods Business Park in Milwaukee.
Xymox purchased the building from a private investment group.

The sales price was not disclosed. The building has an assessed value of $2,268,300 according to city records.

The deal was brokered for the sellers by Dave Barry and James T. Barry III of Cassidy Turley Barry.

“This is more evidence that the industrial market in Milwaukee is strengthening and that solid Milwaukee companies like Xymox are commited to investing in the area,” Barry said.

Xymox manufactures membrane switch products and printed electronics. The company is exploring investments in new technologies and potential new product lines. The property has room for future building expansion.

“This is an important move for us,” said Xymox CEO Bob Hartline. “Purchasing this property enables Xymox to continue to move forward with our long term plans for growth.”
