St. Francis-based flavors and seasonings manufacturer Wixon Inc. has hired Steve Padley as corporate chef.
The company continues to focus on growth in the foodservice market by combining food science and culinary artistry.
Padley will be involved with research and development and presentations to key accounts. He will also assist Wixon’s technologists and chemists on enhancing taste, texture and appearance of products.
Padley has more than 20 years of experience in new product development and is a member of the American Culinary Federation and Research Chefs Association. He most recently served as director of culinary innovation at Pinnacle Foods in Green Bay.
