Foundations Bank named preferred lender by SBA
Pewaukee-based Foundations Bank was recently named a preferred lender by the Small Business Administration (SBA). Under the preferred lenders program, the SBA delegates loan approval, closing, and most servicing and liquidation authority and responsibility to these carefully selected lenders. They are also required to have the ability to develop and analyze complete loan packages and a satisfactory performance history with SBA. Foundations is one of these selected lenders. "The PLP program provides us an additional enhanced tool to assist small businesses in their start-up and growth plans," said Foundations President and CEO Greg Kolton. "We are delighted to partner with SBA in this economic development effort."
