Wisconsin Bank & Trust will host an open house at its new mortgage loan origination office in Brookfield on Tuesday, September 24, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The branch is located at 20300 Watertower Road, Suite 210. This is Madison-based Wisconsin Bank & Trust’s first Milwaukee area location.
“Recently a number of ‘big banks’ have shrunk their mortgage-lending presence in the Milwaukee area and even closed offices,” said Kevin Tenpas, president and chief executive officer of Wisconsin Bank & Trust. “With the right strategic model, there’s opportunity for strong growth in the Milwaukee market. We are pleased to bring to the region our model of community-bank service paired with ‘big bank’ type products.”
Between 10 and 14 mortgage loan originators and two to four operations employees will work at the Brookfield office.
