What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth? “Growing companies face significant challenges in our current economy. Our growth strategy has allowed us to build and maintain cost controls while ensuring we did not compromise service levels. However, we are continually challenged with a need for space. We have been required to add capacity around the city to stage and store the equipment out of the elements as well as to house our growing staff.”

Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them? “Arnold Palmer, a man of integrity who did what he said and honored his word. Ted Waitt, founder of Gateway Computers, truly believed in his vision and made it become a reality. Kevin Mansell, of Kohl’s Department Stores, a great leader and team builder.”

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months? “The economy will continue to be challenging over the next several months, and more likely years. We expect the marketplace to continue to be hyper-competitive and as challenging as ever.”

What is your company’s key strategy for rising out of the recession? “Our company’s strategy to rise out of the recession is based around our core fundamental principles of cost controls and relationship management.”
