Mason Wells Buyout Funds managing director buys property for $1.25 million

Thomas W. Florsheim Jr., the chairman and chief executive officer of Glendale-based footwear company Weyco Group Inc. recently sold his home on Range Line Road in Mequon for $1.25 million, according to state records.

The home was purchased by Jay Radtke, the managing director of Mason Wells Buyout Funds.

The 6,896-square-foot home was built in 2000 on a 2.1-acre lot. It has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a swimming pool, according to real estate listings.

The property has an assessed value of $950,500, according to Ozaukee County records.
