West Bend Corporate Center, a 130,000-square-foot shopping center at 1201-91 Paradise Dr., West Bend, was sold recently by Ripp Family LLC to Madison-based real estate investment firm Ascendant Holdings LLC for $11.475 million, or about $88.27 per square foot.
John Dulmes and Daniel Walsh of Siegel Gallagher brokered the deal for the seller.
The West Bend Corporate Center is one of the top shopping centers in Washington County. The shopping center is 98 percent occupied. Its tenants include Boston Store, Office Max and Pier One.
“We marketed it nationally and had an tremendous amount of interest both nationally and locally,” Dulmes said. “It’s a great asset at a good location, well maintained with a strong tenant roster.”
