Wauwatosa Office Building

Irgens plans to build a four-story, 150,000-square-foot office building on an 8.2-acre site in the Milwaukee County Research Park in Wauwatosa. The building will be anchored by Zywave Inc., which will lease about 63,500 square feet of space. The plans also include a parking structure on the north side of the building. Irgens is seeking $5 million in tax incremental financing for the project from the city of Wauwatosa. The building will be built just southwest of U.S. Highway 45 and Watertown Plank Road. Construction is expected to begin soon and be completed in the spring of 2016.
