Walker to speak at IREM real estate forecast breakfast Thursday

The annual commercial real estate forecast breakfast hosted by the Milwaukee chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) will be held on Thursday, Jan. 9, from 6:45-9:30 a.m. at the Italian Conference Center, 631 E. Chicago St., Milwaukee.

Gov. Scott Walker will be a special guest speaker for the event and will provide a 2014 state of Wisconsin forecast.

Mark Eppli, interim dean of business administration at Marquette University and the Robert B. Bell Sr. chair in real estate at the university, will be the keynote speaker.

Lyle Landowski of Colliers International|Wisconsin will talk about the office market.

Peter Glaser of CBRE will talk about the retail market.

James T. Barry III of Cassidy Turley Barry will talk about the industrial market.

Craig Raddatz of Fiduciary Real Estate Developmet will talk about the residential market.
