Continually, the primary source contributing to the growth of the company is the development of customer and vendor relationships through networking events, marketing seminars and sponsorships.
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?
The ability to effectively manage the exponential growth.
Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?
We recently purchased a custom metal division to increase efficiency and bring our metal fabrication in house. With the purchase of this division, we have found it necessary to increase our labor force by seven new employees to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers in a timely, efficient manner.
Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them?
Michael Cudahy, founder of Marquette Electronics and creator of Discovery World. His integrity and vision as an early entrepreneur has been a beneficial part of expansion in Milwaukee. Another admirable businessowner is Joel Quadracci. Joel has taken Quad Graphics, Inc. to another level, following the legacy of his father.
What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?
The outlook for the roofing/construction industry as a whole continues to be soft as in previous years.
