The event organizers of the Milwaukee Air & Water Show has announced that U.S. Bank will be the title sponsor for the 2010 air show event taking place at Milwaukee’s Lakefront at Bradford Beach on Saturday, June 12 and Sunday, June 13.
“U.S. Bank is excited to start a new relationship with the Air & Water Show as the title sponsor for this June’s event at Bradford Beach.  U.S. Bank is very committed to our Wisconsin markets, which we’ve been a part of for more than 150 years,” said Bill Bertha, president of U.S. Bank.  “The Milwaukee Air & Water Show is a fun family event that provides quality entertainment for residents in the city and surrounding areas and we are looking forward to supporting this year’s terrific show.”
In addition to headline performer, U.S. Navy Blue Angels, the U.S. Air Force F-22 Raptor Aerial Demonstration Team will be part of the 2010 line up as well. The F-22 Raptor is the Air Force’s newest fighter aircraft and its technology and performance are unmatched by any other fighter aircraft.
“We are thrilled to have the F-22 Demo Team join our line-up of amazing performers for this summer’s event,” said Paul Rogers, president of the U.S. Bank Air & Water Show.  “Minneapolis native Major Dave ‘Zeke’ Skalicky, 32, is the commander and pilot of the team, which is based at Langley Air Force Base in Hampton, Virginia. He flies the $137 million demo aircraft at more than 30 shows annually, performing for more than 10 million spectators around the world each year.  I’m confident the F-22 will ‘wow’ viewers at this year’s show.”
Other show performers include The Army Golden Knights and Navy Leapfrogs Parachute Team, Aeroshell Aerobatic Team, Lima Lima Aerobatic Team, Bill Stein, the Firebirds and Dave Dacy’s fabulous wing-walking act, which features aerial stuntman Tony Kazien.
