Two auto dealerships are planning expansion projects on or near Highway 100.
International Autos, located at 2400 S. 108th St., West Allis, plans to redevelop the former Gordie Boucher Nissan dealership building, located at 10606 W. Arthur Ave. behind International Autos, into a new Audi showroom and service area. International Autos plans to add a 3,117-square-foot showroom addition on the south side of the building and a 2,519-square-foot service center addition on the east side of the building. The overall building will be 22,682 square feet when complete.
About 5 miles to the south, Boucher Volkswagen Inc. plans to build a 13,884-square-foot addition to its 16,000-square-foot dealership building at 6420 S. 108th St., Franklin. The project will increase showroom and service area space for the dealership.
