What was the smartest thing your company did in the past year?

“Redefining and setting clear goals with our staff while maintaining a focus on creating innovative ideas and concepts to bring to our clients.”

What’s new at your company?

“Our inventory is always expanding. Within the last two months, we have fabricated some new and exciting items such as a life size Operation game and a Harley-Davidson podium. We’ve also added advanced technology to our inventory with a 60-foot LED Sparkle curtain, two 12K LED projectors and reinforced our audio inventory with top-of-the-line speakers for large outdoor and indoor events.”

Do you plan to hire any additional staff or make any significant capital investments in your company in the next year?

“We are constantly growing our Exciting Events production staff to continue to give our clients the highest quality of service.”

What will be your company’s main challenges in the next year?

“To continually challenge ourselves to bring creative and fresh ideas to our clients by expanding our custom and core product inventory.”

What’s the hottest trend in your industry?

“Lighting! It can simply transform a room with its warmth and color creating energy and emotion. By using attractive gobos, illusive up lighting and other dramatic accents, events can be branded with sponsors, logos and colors.”

Do you have a business mantra?

“Business is like a tree. It can only do one of two things, grow or die. If you are not constantly reinventing yourself and your company, your competition will soon overtake you.”

From a business standpoint, who do you look up to?

“I look up to anyone one who can balance family, faith, friends, and work.”

What was the best advice you ever received?

“It takes considerably less time and money to maintain your clients than to find new ones.”

What’s the funniest thing that ever happened to you in your career?

“Being behind the scenes on so many different events, I think our company could write a book on some of the more comical moments in our careers. I think some of the funniest moments are those things that people don’t see and hear, especially when they’re on a headset at a sporting event.”

What do you like to do in your free time?

“Love spending time with family and friends. In the summer wakeboarding and anything to do with water takes up the majority of my time.”
