The year started with the addition of the current CEO and COO, followed by moving the invoicing model to hourly. Throughout all of these changes Novo has maintained the variety and high level of recruiting solutions (executive search, corporate recruiting, consulting and training). Novo also plans to continue opening offices across the United States.
