Organizations:

Wheeling, Ill.-based Terrazzo & Marble Supply Companies recently purchased a 17,322-square-foot building at N59 W14339 Bobolink Ave. in Menomonee Falls and will move its operations there from a 9,600-square-foot space that it leases at N93 W14652 Whittaker Way in Menomonee Falls.

Terrazzo & Marble purchased the building on Boblink Avenue for $510,000.

The deal was brokered by Barry Chavin and Curt Pitzen of NAI MLG Commercial, who represented the seller, Gopal I LLC, and Bill Langhoff of Colliers International|Wisconsin, who represented Terrazzo & Marble.

The building was previously occupied by Power Technology Inc., which relocated.

“This (building) has been on the market for awhile,” Pitzen said.

Terrazzo & Marble has grown its business significantly in the Milwaukee area since establishing a facility in the market about three years ago, Langhoff said.

“They have done very well in the Milwaukee market,” he said. “They just needed a bigger space.”
