Tera Greenland returns as GM of Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets

Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group announced that it has named Tera Greenland as the new general manager of Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets.

She previously worked as the general manager for the shopping center from 2013-15, and as director of marketing and business development from 2012-13.

Most recently, Greenland was a commercial real estate asset manager for Mid-American Real Estate – Wisconsin, LLC, where she oversaw several properties in southeastern Wisconsin.

In her second stint as general manager for Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets, Greenland will oversee the financial, marketing, leasing, community relations and operational performance of the shopping center.

“I am thrilled to be a part of the dynamic team at Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets,” said Greenland. “It is my goal to continue to broaden Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets’ appeal and presence within the community and further distinguish the center as a premier outlet shopping destination in the Milwaukee area.”

Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets is located 60 miles north of Chicago and 38 miles south of Milwaukee, off Interstate 94 at Highway 165. The shopping center has more than 90 stores  including Adidas, Banana Republic Factory Store, Calvin Klein, Converse, Levi’s Outlet, True Religion Outlet, Timberland Factory Store, Pandora Outlet, Sunglass Hut, UGG, Under Armour and White House Black Market.
